GOOD MORNING AMERICA!!! BEEF KABOBS ANYONE?

hello hello well i finally made a blog for food recipes and for other things that happen in a chefs life so i think the first thing i should post is a recipe sounds good doesn't it how about my simple beef kabobs. All the people reading hope you enjoy this blog and enjoy making the foods i throw at ya!!

serving for a party of 6 two kabobs each

beef kabobs:

-6 to 7 pounds cut up beef meat of you choice i usually get chuck if not you can hit up foodmax and they have cut up beef for super cheap like 8 bucks for at least 3 4 pounds
-5 bell peppers red, green, yellow cut into squares
-2 large white onions cut into squares
-1 pack of button mushrooms 2 packs if needed
-pack of kabob sticks
-oil,paprika,cumin,black pepper, salt, mustard, oregeno, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder

now the first step is to make sure you soak all the kabob sticks in water or else they will burn in flames before your meet is cooked and that would just suck if you had a burnt stick kabob.
then add all the spices and oil mustard in a large bowl with the meet let it set for about 30 mins lets the spices make love to the meat and if your wondering mustard is a tenderizer so you put about cup and a half and trust me it wont taste like mustard cuz the heat of the fire well just take that mustard flavor out. then one by one create the kabobs i usually do onion beef onion bell pepper mushroom beef onion bell pepper onion beef onion bell pepper. simple and if you wanna be fancy you could cut up some squash and put that stick it on there also. well after you create the beasts put some drips of oil on top of the kabobs for the veggies and then pop them in a 350 degree oven for about 25 to 35 min depending on how you want the beef cooked medium 25 and 35 min maybe well cooked all depends if bbq slab the kabobs on of the grill make sure its on medium heat and then they should be done!!!
