BACON WRAPPED SCALLOPS!!!

so if you like scallops and bacon...hmmm well if your throwing a party try
this for a appetizer and if you never had a scallop you better make this!!
this is a super super easy recipe if you want to make it more just double it 

serving: 5 

ingredients:

-1 tbsp olive oil 
-10 uncooked scallops, halved 
-10 bacon strips 
- tooth picks 
-salt and pepper to season 
-lemon wedges 

directions: 
wrap bacon over scallop and secure with a toothpick. coat with the oil s/p place it on a baking sheet or a broiler pan. cook it 6 mins on each side until bacon is crispy then squeeze lemon over each then serve immediately. see super easy!!!!but if you wanna get fancy try putting spinach around the scallop then the bacon thats also awsome i had so spinach so oh well but BON APPITTE!!!

HONEY WALNUT PRAWNS!!

who doesn't love this i learned this recipe in my asian 
class from culinary a few years back
but looked it up had to cook it up enjoy try it cooking is fun

serving: 6 

ingredients:

-1/2 c. walnuts
-1/2 c. sugar
-2 c. oil
-1 lb jumbo prawns, peeled and deveined (cut on the back and pull the vein out)
-1/2 c. cornstarch
-3 egg whites
-1/4 c. honey 
-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
-1 tbsp. lemon juice or white vinegar 
-1 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk 

directions:

boil walnuts in 5 cups of water for 10 mins. then drain. place walnuts and 1/2 cup sugar  into 2 pints of boiling water  for another 10 mins. remove the walnuts from the water and coat with honey. heat 2 cups of oil until almost smoking then fry walnuts until they are shiny and brown this would take about 5-8 mins. remove and place of a cooling sheet or a cookie sheet. mix the cornstarch and egg whites together to form a think and sticky mixture. mix shrimp into this mixture and set aside. mix mayonnaise,leon juice and condensed milk in a medium bowl until smooth. heat 1/2 cup of oil and deep fry shrimp until golden brown (dont put all the shrimp put about 5 to 6 so they wont stick together) drain shrimp and then fold into the mayonnaise sauce then!!!! eat it up!!BON APPITTE

CRISPY LEMON FISH FILLETS!!

i am a huge seafood person and whenever its hot i just want fish and chips
or any dish that has seafood so heres my recipe for crispy fish fillets

servings: 4 

ingredients:
-2 c. french fried onions
-1 1/2 c. panko crumbs 
-3/4 tsp. grated lemon zest
-3/4 tsp. garlic powder
-3/4 tsp. paprika 
-1/2 c. flower
-4 (1/2 inch think) flounder,tilapia or red snapper fillets make sure you split them lengthwise if to big 
-3 egg whites beaten mix with tsp of water

direction:
place french onions,panko, lemon zest,garlic and paprika is a bad shake bag to combine flavors.
place the flour in another plastic bad, add fillets shake to coat the fish. dip the fish into the egg whites then into the onion panko crumbs mixture then place on a baking sheet. bake at 400 degrees F for 13-15 mins until fish is flakes then cut into it and enjoy!!BON APPITTE!!
