ITS HOT ALL I WANT IS...

its hella hot had a great day!!bbq at the park, played football and cooked again. but now that i actually got home and took a shower all i can think about is this.
first i want a strawberry smoothie 
second i want a root beer float 
third roasted pineapple ice cream 
then!!! for the last i want a bucket i mean a bucket!!!chocolate malted crunch!!! please believe believe it please this is my shit!! these are pics i found and i really need a camera slr so i can take some savage pics like dashes clay peep his site out dashesclay.com,dashes pictures will blow your mind.i hate using my camera then having to photoshop like crazy to make it look different!! so instead of investing in new knifes kitchen stuff i think i need one in my life...

TROPICAL CHICKEN SALAD!!!

sorry no pictures ill post them ounce i make them another salad for all!!

servings:10-11 reduce the recipe by 3 to serve 3 or 4 people

ingredients:
-5 c. cooked chicken,(just salt pepper them grill or bake your choice) cut into chunks
-2 tbsp. salad oil
-2 tbsp. orange juice
-2 tbsp. vinegar
-1 tsp. salt
-3 c. cooked rice
-1 1/2 c. small green grapes
-1 1/2 c. celery, sliced, juliens(long cuts)
-1 (13 1/2oz.) can pineapple tibdits, drained approx. 1 c. 
-1(11oz) can mandarin oranges, drained approx. 1 c.
-1 c. toasted sliverd almonds
-1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or as needed 

directions:
combine chiken,salad oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt, let it sit for awhile. then prepare remaining salad ingredients. or you can refrigerate the mixture overnite. gently toss together all ingredients.BON APPITTE

SPINACH STRAWBERRY SALAD!!

its hot and all i really can think about eating is a fresh salad


ingredients:

-1 pkg.  fresh spinach
-1 basket. fresh strawberries 
-1/3 c. almond slices--toasted 

dressing:
-1/4 c. sugar
-2 tbsp. sesame seeds
-1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion 
-1 tbsp. poppy seeds
-1/4 tsp. worcestershire sauce
-1/2 tsp. paprika 
-1/2 c. veg. or olive oil
-1/4 c. apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar 

directions:
to make dressing, put all the ingredients in a clean glass jar to shake. then refrigerate until you serve the dish. to toast almonds, bake in a preheated oven over 350 deg. on a pie plate for about 10 mins. until its golden brown. cool then store them in a glass jar. wash and dry spinach, remove stems, place in a pretty salad bowl. slice or quarter strawberries and add to spinach. when it is ready to serve to you and your friends drizzle dressing over the salad, toss, then sprinkle with the toasted almonds for that crunch!

try putting some of these in the salad as well fresh cucumbers, 1/2 c. shrimp, and even put cantaloupe it works def. my gammy used to actually do that with my salad i loved it! well BON APPITTE!!!

CINNAMON-ROLLS!!!

like pastries? try this one 

ingredients:
dough:
-3/4 c. warm water plus 2 tbsp. water 
-2 tbsp. butter
-2 1/2 c. bread flour
-1/4 c. granulated sugar
-1 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. bread machine live yeast 
filling:
-1/3 c. granulated sugar
-2 tsp. ground cinnamon 
-2 tbsp. butter (room temp. softened)
glaze:
-1 c. powdered sugar
-1/2 tsp. vanilla 
-2 tbsp. milk 

directions:
put the 3/4 c. watm water, 2 tbsp. water , 2 tbsp butter, bread flour,1/4 c. granulated sugar, salt and yeast and start on the dough cycle. when dough is done, roll it with a rolling pin into 9" squares. in a measuring cup mix the cinnamon and granulated sugar. spread the 2 tbsp butter on top of the dough then sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mixture. roll the dough tightly. then cut the dough 1" slices and place on a none stick pan or pan with light butter on it so it wont stick.(always grease it tho very lightly) cover the dough in plastic wrap and let it rise for a hour. ounce done take plastic wrap off and place in a 350 degree oven for 20 mins. while its cooking away in its goodness take a bowl mix together the powdered sugar,vanilla and milk then drizzle over the buns when done! BON APPITTE!!
